Wine Trivia Answer

Yesterday we asked “Which American President built a wine cellar under the White House and bought more than 20,000 bottles of European wine?”
Answer: Thomas Jefferson. He grew grapes and made wine on his Virginia estate but he loved the French wines, a hangover (no pun intended) from his days as Ambassador to France from the Continental Congress
